Our Story 

Founder and director of +One, Eli has always been deeply committed to empowering women to feel confident and beautiful, no matter their size, shape, or stage in life. Her journey began with a focus on pregnancy and postnatal dress hire in 2021 when she was on maternity leave with her son Teddy, recognising the unique challenges that women face during these life stages. But her vision has always been to provide dress hire that offers a wide range of sizes and styles that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of all women.+One has now grown into a diverse dress hire company.
